Brief description
of the Project:
The CSI has provided funding support to HKWTIA, in collaboration with Hong Kong Productivity Council, to organize the 4th Hong Kong Mobile Film Festival and International Mobile Film Festival 2011. To help brand Hong Kong as the hub of Asia’s creative capital, nurture talents in mobile content development, and help expand local and overseas market size, a series of activities will be organised –

    • Production Forum 
    • Mobile Film-Making Workshops 
    • Awards Presentation Ceremony
  • International Mobile Film Festival
